I have no clue what the logic is behind the roulette table puzzle. There's the circled numbers on the table: 5 (red), 21 (red), 26 (black), 28 (black) I got the number note that reads: 05 (black), 28 (black), 21 (red), 26 (red) I got the number chart. I tried all sorts of approaches. Counting the numbers as letters of the alphabet (5=E, 28=B, etc), counting the numbers as spaces on the chart, counting only the matching color spaces on the chart, counting down to up on the chart.
